AthleteMindFit exists to revolutionize athletic performance

by providing practical, science-backed mental training for athletes at every level.

Our mission is clear

To bring elite-level mental coaching to athletes of all levels, making the kind of mindset training once reserved for Olympic teams and world champions accessible to all.

But our vision goes beyond sport. The tools we offer — focus, stress management and emotional regulation, resilience, mental clarity — are life tools. While we begin with athletes, the potential reach of AthleteMindFit extends far beyond the field, the court, or the gym.

Through simple, accessible tools and guided programs, we help athletes master their mindset, overcome mental barriers, and perform with clarity, joy, and purpose — in sport and in life.

We focus on three essential pillars:

Mental Preparation for Peak Performance

Mental Toughness & Resilience

Mental Health & Emotional Regulation

We’re here to help prevent burnout, support emotional well-being, and unlock untapped potential — with tools that train both the mind and the heart.

Our Core Values

Accessibility & Affordability

We believe mental training should be available and affordable to all athletes — not just the elite.

Excellence with Empathy

We pursue high performance without losing our humanity. Mental health and high achievement can, and must, coexist.

Resilience Fuels Performance

We believe that true peak performance comes from mental resilience — the ability to adapt, stay present, and find joy in the process. It’s not about chasing perfection, but about nurturing the mindset that allows it to emerge.

Simplicity with Substance

Our tools are easy to use but deeply impactful. We don’t do fluff — we deliver what works.

Real Athlete Focus

We design with and for athletes. Every track, every feature, every session starts with their real-world challenges in mind.

Growth Beyond Sport

What we train for in sport shapes who we become in life. Focus, clarity, and resilience don’t end at the finish line.

Integrity & Trust

We show up honestly, with compassion, empathy, and deep love for our incredible athletes. No fake hype, no manipulation — just tools built with intention and care.

WHY

We often say: our heroes, and our children’s heroes, are real — they are athletes. That's whose posters they hang next to their beds. But behind the medals and trophies are human beings who often struggle in silence. Mental challenges in sport remain stigmatized, even as elite athletes around the world keep saying the same thing: "The difference is mental."

At the highest level, everyone is strong. Everyone is fast. Everyone wants to win. But only a few do. And the difference isn’t in their forehand, or their legs — it’s in how they think, how they manage pressure, how they stay focused, present, and calm in the storm. That’s what we train.

We’re not just building an app — we’re building a movement to make mental strength as trainable, trackable, and celebrated as physical strength. We want to break the stigma around mental struggles in sport, and support athletes both in their pursuit of greatness and in their moments of quiet difficulty.

AthleteMindFit is about performance and well-being

— because an athlete’s best performance and their best self are not separate. They’re connected.

Alarming Statistics: Mental Health in Sports

Mental health challenges in sport are real — and increasingly visible. While stigma still exists, more data is surfacing that reveals the emotional and psychological toll athletes face, often in silence. Here are just a few statistics that illustrate the current landscape:

22.3% of collegiate student-athletes
were at risk for depression in a 2023 study.
12.5% of the same sample
were at risk for trait anxiety.
15.6% to 33.2%
Depression risk in collegiate athletes, with first-year students and females typically reporting more symptoms.
12.1% to 35.4%
Risk levels for depression vary by sport, with consistently higher rates among females.
50% of college athletes
reported feeling overwhelming anxiety in the previous year
5% and 35% of elite athletes
report a mental health disorder.
33% of college athletes
experience significant symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions
Only 10% of college athletes
with mental health conditions seek professional help
Up to 35% of elite athletes
suffer from a mental health crisis such as stress, eating disorders, burnout, or depression and anxiety.
2022 NCAA Student-Athlete Well-Being Study showed
that mental health concerns were 1.5 to 2 times higher than before the pandemic
38% of female and 22% of male athletes
reported feeling mentally exhausted constantly or nearly every day.
Mental health challenges
were highest among women, athletes of color, those identifying on the queer spectrum, and those from low-income backgrounds.
2020 study of elite Swedish athletes
found a 51.7% lifetime prevalence of mental health problems (58.2% among females, 42.3% among males). The point prevalence was 11.7%, and 19.5% met clinical cut-offs for anxiety or depression
Nearly 1/3 of male and 1/2 of female NCAA athletes
reported experiencing depressive or anxiety-related symptoms between 2008–2012.

These numbers are more than statistics — they’re a wake-up call.

Athletes are human. And they need tools, support, and care that extend beyond the physical — tools that help them handle pressure, recover from stress, and remain emotionally balanced in high-performance environments.

This is why AthleteMindFit exists

— to fill that gap with compassion, science, and simplicity.
